  Designed by Robert Trent Jones II, the Shanghai International Golf and Country Club is a highly challenging and interesting course. The 72-par course has fairways covering a total distance of 7,025 yards with each of 100 to 525 yards. It is called the “Shanghai Venetian Golf Courseé. The chic fairways, superior greens, strategically positioned bunkers and enticing yet tricky water hazards have attracted numerous golf fans from all over the world. It is voted as one of the most challenging golf course in the world.

The main clubhouse is designed in typical 19th century England villa style. There are restaurants, banquet hall, bar, billiard room, library and snack bar on the second floor. Ten guest rooms are provided. Other facilities include a heated swimming pool (10m x 20m), chess and poker room, restaurants, 3 tennis courts, a 3-hole driving range and Teeing practice range. The classical-styled clubhouse with warm and cozy make it unforgettable to guests.
