Amai Golf Club is master planned by Mr. Ted Parslow – top golf course architect of the American Hydepark Company. It is a nouveau eco-resort providing comprehensive services such as sports, leisure taking, recreation, residence and commerce. Designed in accordance with international standards, the golf course comprises the following three areas – the garden area, the forest area and the seaside area with fairways varying with the landforms.
South Area: This area features well-tended gardens and is labeled in red. Slopes in this area are gentle with generous fairways.
Central Area: This area features lush forest. After the front nine holes, guests can walk directly into the hill.
North Area: This area features creeks and is labeled blue. It is dominated by creeks, lakes and bunkers.
This club is the nearest mainland golf course to Taiwan. It is 40 minutes to Fuzhou and then a 20 minutes’ ride to the club.
