  1. All golf reservations must be made three days in advance. Payments will be paid by customer's credit card. No payment to the golf club.
  2. I permit BizExpress Intl Limited to make all payments on my credit card account, including $95 for service charge. I understand that change or cancellation of golf reservation should be made 2 working days before the reserved date. I also understand there is no refund for service charge.
